RBE National Elementary Honor Society recently hosted a food drive benefiting the Cotulla Food Pantry and collected over 800 items to donate! 👏

Today, Kindergarten students at RBE participated in their local Wendy’s “Artsy Frosty” contest. Students were asked to color a frosty coloring sheet of their choice. Teachers then turned them in for a reward of one free frosty! Kindergarten students were able to enjoy a frosty on the playground. Their frosty coloring sheets are on display inside the Wendy’s restaurant.

A huge shoutout to LaSalle Juvenile Probation, Laredo SWAT, and the ATF for visiting Ramirez-Burks Elementary and putting on an incredible presentation for Red Ribbon Week! Our students learned the importance of making positive choices and saying NO to drugs while also getting an exciting look into the work these amazing teams do to keep our communities safe.
