We had a blast leveling up our gratitude for the incredible staff at Ramirez-Burks Elementary! From May 4th to May 8th, we celebrated the fact that our teachers and staff truly are the "key pieces" to our students' success.
Here’s a look back at our "Winning" week:
Monday, May 4: The Games Began! We kicked things off with an Appreciation Breakfast featuring tacos (provided by El Patron), juice, and donuts in the breakroom.
Tuesday, May 5: We Don't "Domi-know" What We'd Do Without You! Staff enjoyed a Grab-and-Go lunch from CISD and fresh Pan Dulce provided by the Cotulla ISD Education Foundation.
Wednesday, May 6: A "CLUE" How Much We Appreciate You! The Cluster Room was stocked with snacks all day long, featuring a delicious lunch from the La Salle Steakhouse for our teachers.
Thursday, May 7: It Was So Sweet Having You! The Candyland Trolley made its rounds, delivering treats to teachers and staff in their classrooms, followed by some "NEHS" Teacher Coffee.
Friday, May 8: We Were On a Roll! We closed out the week with bowling, pizza, and prizes in the breakroom.
All Week, our staff competed in Daily Individual and Group Challenges to win tickets for all the raffle prizes that were donated by the local community to show our staff how much they are appreciated for everything they do here at RBE.
