Meet the Counselors

RBE Counselors

As a school counselor, our job is to ensure our campus has a positive emotional and academic environment. We work closely with staff, students, and parents. Our focus is on supporting children as they begin their educational career and help prepare them for future success. We perform the following roles in order to promote the positive development in academic and social abilities of our elementary students:

• Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Guidance Lessons
• Individual Counseling
• Small Group Counseling
• Collaborating with students, parents, and staff to plan for success
• Participating in student intervention meetings
• Coordinating and participating in 504, LPAC and RTI Meetings
