Ramirez-Burks Elementary 4th graders were given the opportunity to complete a poster or diorama that explained the ways of life of American Indian groups in Texas before European exploration. Students learned the regions in which different American Indians lived, as well as economic activities used in order to meet their needs and wants such as farming, trading, and hunting.
